Marketing Technology & Data Analytics Specialist

What You'll Be Doing
Tracking & Integrations
Implement, maintain, and fine-tune integrations across
Meta Conversion API, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity, and IronSource
.
Ensure seamless event mapping and deduplication across
pixels, SDKs, and S2S (server-to-server)
connections.
Manage integrations with
AppsFlyer
for both
iOS (SKAN)
and
Android attribution
, including postback configurations.
Set up and optimize
GA4
for detailed tracking across mobile apps and web.
Design and maintain
data pipelines
to eliminate attribution mismatches and tracking inconsistencies.
Data Flow & Quality Assurance
Detect and resolve discrepancies between
Meta, Google, AppsFlyer, and BI dashboards
.
Implement fallback mechanisms and data validation logic to preserve accuracy (IP/User Agent, FBP, FBC, etc.).
Maintain consistent parameter structures across all platforms, including
UTMs, click IDs, and event parameters
.
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain
custom dashboards in Power BI
(and similar BI tools) tailored to PPC and user acquisition needs.
Define and track essential KPIs -- from
registrations and FTDs to LTV, ROAS, and NGR
.
Conduct
cohort and retention analyses
, and contribute to
revenue attribution modeling
.
Collaboration
Partner closely with
developers
to deploy and test tracking frameworks.
Work with
PPC and performance marketing teams
to guide optimization through accurate, real-time data.
Support
Product and BI teams
with structured insights that drive smarter decision-making.
What You BringProven experience as a
MarTech Specialist, Data Analyst, or Marketing Technology Engineer
.
Strong technical command of
GA4, AppsFlyer, Meta CAPI, TikTok, Snapchat, Unity, and IronSource
integrations.
Hands-on experience with
event tracking, SDK setup, and API integrations
.
Solid understanding of
server-to-server setups
and
conversion deduplication
.
Familiarity with
Power BI
or similar BI tools for dashboard creation and visualization.
Working knowledge of
SQL, JavaScript, or Python
for tracking customization.
Background in
iGaming
is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, especially between marketing and technical functions
Experience in
attribution modeling, LTV forecasting
, and
data-driven optimization
.
Knowledge of
GTM server-side tagging
and data-layer management.
