About Us:

Momentum is a growing faith-based nonprofit ministry supporting Catholic single mothers through local chapters, online programming, retreats, and discipleship formation. We are currently seeking a skilled contractor to help us streamline our digital infrastructure and free up our small team from repetitive manual tasks.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a

Marketing & Systems Integration Consultant

to audit, clean up, and automate our existing digital systems. This includes optimizing how we collect sign-ups, manage communications, and organize member information using tools such as Wix, Google Forms, and email marketing platforms. You'll work directly with us to identify pain points and implement practical, scalable solutions.

Scope of Work:

Audit current systems (Wix website, Google Forms, mailing lists, etc.) Streamline and integrate email marketing Connect web forms to email lists and automate onboarding workflows Organize and clean contact/member databases Set up automated communications (e.g., welcome emails, event sign-ups) Provide documentation and/or training for the organization to use going forward

Estimated Hours:

25-40 hours, with flexibility depending on the depth of automation and systems currently in place.
Work can be completed on a flexible schedule over 4-8 weeks.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with Wix website backend and form integrations Proficiency with email marketing platforms Familiarity with database organization and list segmentation Strong attention to detail and process optimization Bonus: Experience working with nonprofits, or membership communities
