, supplying shops and dealerships with reliable inventory, dealer-first pricing, and fast fulfillment.

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Support teammate who can bridge the gap between our

warehouse

and

photography team

. You'll play an integral role in moving and staging products for photo shoots. This role is

physically demanding

and perfect for someone who enjoys working on their feet and takes pride in careful handling.

What you'll do

Move and stage products

(wheels & tires) from the warehouse to the photography area; return items to inventory after shooting.

Mount/balance tires on wheels

as required for product images; ensure proper fitment and clean presentation.

Operate a forklift

to load and unload items.

Prep products for photography:

wipe and clean products in preparation for shooting.

Assist the photographer/marketing team

with set changes, backdrops, lighting stands, and shot lists.

Maintain a safe, tidy studio and staging zone;

follow all handling/SOP and PPE requirements.

Basic record-keeping:

track SKUs and update simple logs in Google Sheets.

Additional tasks as required

What you'll need

Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Valid forklift license/certification

and recent operating experience. Experience with

balancers/mounting machines

. (Testing Required) Familiarity with

wheel fitment

(bolt pattern, offset) and tire sizing. Valid driver's license and clean abstract (for occasional pickups/transfers). Ability to

repeatedly lift and carry 25-100 lb

items with proper technique. Strong attention to detail (matching SKUs/specs, avoiding finish damage, final clean/polish before photos). Reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in where needed.

Safety-first mindset

with knowledge of basic warehouse and OH&S practices. Basic computer competency (email & spreadsheets).

Nice to have

Experience using Google Sheets, Asana and Slack. Basic CoStar or Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge. NetSuite experience.

Shift, pay & perks

Schedule:

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

$17 hour + benefits (health/dental), PPE allowance, and employee pricing after 90 90-day probation period.

Gear:

CSA-approved

steel-toe boots

are required; other PPE will be provided.
