About Us
Juicy Pet is a pet supply retail & wholesale store and international trading company based in Richmond. We provide high-quality products for pet owners and are looking for Marketing Support team members to assist with daily store operations and online marketing across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily store operations Promote products across major online sales platforms (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) Support content creation and marketing materials for online channels Help organize sales data and prepare reports Provide general support for marketing-related tasks
Qualifications
Fluent in English (Chinese or Cantonese is an asset) Experience in the pet supplies industry is an advantage Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other online sales platforms is preferred Basic experience in marketing, social media management, or e-commerce is a plus Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
