Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist (Walmart Marketplace) with proven experience managing Walmart e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Walmart Seller Center, including listing optimization, advertising, promotions, and performance reporting.
You will be responsible for driving product visibility and sales on Walmart.com and Walmart.ca, coordinating with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure strong marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings, images, titles, and attributes within Walmart Seller Center.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal updates.
Monitor and analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, sales, and ranking).
Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to improve product positioning and brand visibility.
Respond to product and customer inquiries on Walmart Marketplace to maintain a positive shopping experience.
Coordinate cross-listings, pricing updates, and inventory alignment with other channels.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Walmart Marketplace (Seller Center).
Strong knowledge of Walmart listing processes, advertising (Walmart Connect), and merchandising tools.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing other marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or digital advertising strategies.
Understanding of pricing, logistics, and product content optimization best practices.
