Xplor is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing programs for our Xplor Recreation brand.
As a key player in Xplor Recreation\'s marketing team, you\'ll work closely with cross-functional functions to understand the needs of our market and deliver demand generation campaigns to accelerate the growth of Xplor Recreation.
You will develop, execute, and manage Xplor Recreation\'s marketing strategy from top to bottom, including lead generation, content marketing, email, social, events, and working with cross-functional teams on performance marketing.
This role is the glue between our marketing team and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a master orchestrator and sophisticated marketer, with a rigorous focus on the needs of our customer, analytics, and business impact.
Your experience should include a history of proven results managing the development and execution of successful SaaS marketing campaigns. Additionally, the person in this role should be customer-obsessed, with deep curiosity about the audience and their journey - surprising and delighting their audiences based on their needs and opportunities every step of the way.
Last, this person should have demonstrated experience and success building and maintaining relationships across teams and functions in matrixed organization. They are excited for the opportunity to navigate organizational structures and build processes and communication plans that incorporate input, feedback, and results from several distinct stakeholder teams.
Key responsibilities:
Strategize, create, and deliver full-funnel demand generation programs across a suite of channels and tactics (ex. Web, Email/Marketing Automation, Paid Digital, Social, Events, ABM, Through-Sales, etc.)
Align with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns
Develop event and account-based programs that effectively drive brand awareness, demand-generation, and actively nurture leads through the funnel
Take a disciplined approach to regular measurement, and report on outcomes to relevant audiences, including Senior Leadership
Make data-driven recommendations and drive cross-functional improvements and regularly improve marketing efficacy
Build tight relationships with the sales organization and support the team through sales enablement support, creation of sales tools, and regular tracking of campaign engagement
Create scalable, repeatable marketing playbooks across various prospect types and modalities
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar, B2B software role (enterprise B2B experience is a big asset)
Proven history of developing and executing strategic B2B marketing programs that have driven bottom-line results
Experience managing tradeshows and digital events
Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a proven history of improving funnel conversion
Demonstrated experience working in, with, and across key marketing functions to ensure holistic campaign assembly - Performance marketing, PR, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing etc.
Expert understanding of partnering with sales to create, refine, and measure campaign success
Hands-on experience with marketing metrics and analytics tools (ex. Excel, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ability to navigate cultures and all levels of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to establish buy-in for go-to-market priorities
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
Impeccable attention to detail
Experience working with project management software like Asana * The average base salary pay range for this position is $75,000 to $88,000CAD
