ToyTexx Inc. is a growing supplier and distributor for Toy and Hobby products based in Markham, Canada. By working closely with leading manufacturers, we are able to bring high quality products to our consumers. We are passionate about providing quality toys to children of all ages that can provide entertainment, inspire creativity, promote education, as well as physical and mental development. Position Description We are seeking a creative marketing talented individual who will be the key driver of executing our company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing plan in print, digital, and social media marketing platforms. Key responsibilities:

• Assessing characteristics of products or services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of an establishment
• Developing new customers, building larger client base; Creating sales material and presenting to customers;
• Developing and implementing a communication strategy that includes inbound media & influencer outreach and mainstream social media daily management and content creation (TikTok/WeChat/YouTube/Facebook);
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints;
• Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments;
• Gaining an understanding of current and prospective customers\xe2\x80\x99 purchasing needs, habits and buying motives to the toys for children that can provide entertainment, inspire creativity, and promote education;

• Acting as reprehensive for the company and answering written and oral inquiries;
• Coordinating promotion events, eg. Demo for new products;
• Suggesting the pricing and other information of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material.

Language requirement: Fluent in English is required. Fluent in Mandarin will be an asset. Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Marketing area;
• 3 years of Experience in children education, toy sales, or other related fields;
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Children Education, Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
• Must be familiar with WeChat platform and WeChat marketing methods;
• Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business;
• Strong management skills, excellent oral, and written communication skills.
