Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline) to drive product sales.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
Create engaging marketing content (ads, posts, newsletters, landing pages) that highlight product features and benefits.
Manage social media channels and digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and trade shows to increase brand exposure.
Maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
Ensure all campaigns are consistent with the company's brand identity and voice.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or sales support.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media ads, email automation).
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
