Job Description

Inno Foods Group is a Global Food production facility in high-end luxury snack industry. We are looking for experienced Marketing Specialist build up fantastic marketing strategies to achieve goals within the business.

This role supports both

marketing execution

and

customer engagement

, with a focus on content creation, social media strategy, and internal project coordination. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive brand messaging and excellent customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities



1.

Marketing & Project Management



Execute and support marketing and local promotional materials. Develop and manage processes and projects for the sales team. Create tactical briefs for copywriting, design, digital ads, email, and web assets. Assist in developing annual advertising plans. Manage creative/content production including marketing launches and film replacements. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and media agencies to: Execute paid media plans Provide feedback on creative assets Ensure brand alignment Serve as point of contact for external creative vendors (writers, designers, editors, printers). Align product/print/digital/event strategies with company objectives by setting KPIs with executives. Conduct competitive analysis and implement best practices in analytics.
2.

Social Media & Content Creation



Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short- and long-form video/photo content. Manage content calendars for: Inno Foods (North America & Korea) The High Point Resort West Coast Edge Furniture Appear on-camera or provide voiceovers as needed. Travel to High Point Resort (up to two 2-day trips/month) for on-site content capture. Monitor social metrics, conduct A/B testing, and report performance. Ensure consistent visual storytelling aligned with each brand's tone and strategy. Track trends, platform changes, and maintain best practices. Manage consent rights for featured content (staff, guests, etc.). Monitor brand channels and flag off-brand/inappropriate content. Document workflows and successful content formats for team use.
3.

Customer Support & Community Engagement

(Inno Foods only)

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media (within 24-hour SLA). Use

Gorgias

to manage support tickets: categorize, tag, and document. Follow established protocols in the Customer Care Manual. Identify and suggest updates to the Customer Care Manual based on trends/issues. Escalate and follow up on complex issues (e.g., QA, logistics, order concerns). Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional brand voice. Summarize key feedback in weekly reports to marketing and ops teams. Participate in service improvement efforts (e.g., sending courtesy gifts, samples).
4.

Cross-Functional & Administrative Support



Coordinate with QA, logistics, and marketing for smoother issue resolution. Ensure thorough documentation and communication when escalating or handing off cases. Keep social media and support logs organized for team reference. Remain adaptable to shifting workloads, especially in customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:



5+ years of relevant social media marketing experience (preferred experience in the food and beverage industry). Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and account management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills to senior management Competency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to learn new technology. Good analytical, project management and organizational skills. Excellent time management and personal organization skills Team player with proven record of building a dynamic and effective team

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
