Main Priorities & Responsibilities:
Market Research & Brand Strategy
Conduct competitor and customer research to guide decisions
Analyze trends and customer behaviour to identify marketing opportunities
Support brand consistency across platforms and touch points
Content Creation & Social Media
Create engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, email, and blog
Manage and grow social media channels to build visibility and engagement
Plan and execute social campaigns that support staging, design, and retail goals
Monitor trends and optimize content for platform algorithms
Email Marketing & CRM
Write and design email newsletters using Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Build automations and list segments to nurture leads and customers
Use CRM tools to track and optimize customer journeys and loyalty
Website, SEO & E-Commerce Support
Keep Shopify site and product listings up to date and optimized
Coordinate "Shop the Look" integration
Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and on-brand
Campaigns, Ads & Analytics
Plan mini-campaigns for product launches, seasonal offers, and promotions
Run low-budget ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
Track KPIs across social, email, and website; report and adjust accordingly
Partnerships, Events & Business Development
Collaborate with local partners, realtors, and influencers to grow reach
Assist in coordinating pop-ups or client-facing events
Support lead generation efforts and align marketing with sales goals
Who We're Looking For
You are resourceful, analytical, creative, and highly organized. You can work independently and take initiative, but you also love contributing to a close-knit, supportive team. You have a keen eye for aesthetics, but also care about conversions, open rates, and ROI.
Experience & Skills Required
3-5+ years in a marketing role (ideally lifestyle, interiors, retail, or real estate)
Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts professionally
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Photography and basic video editing skills
Tech-savvy: confident with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Copywriting experience is a bonus
Must have access to a vehicle for occasional local shoots or project visits

Growth in social media engagement and follower quality
Increase in email list size and open/click-through rates
More staging, design, or retail inquiries through digital channels
Elevated, consistent brand presence across all platforms
