Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate will be working in one of our site offices across Canada, with a mixture of on and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. Currently, employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement is subject to change, based on operational needs.

About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Partnership Development team.
The Marketing & Partnership Development team is responsible for supporting the marketing requirements and for executing corporate strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative programs, plans, content and services that supports the execution of Canadian Blood Services\' business goals as well as becoming a brand ambassador for the organization. You will provide strategic advice on the development of approaches and tactical plans to deliver on marketing objectives, incorporating various platforms/channels, advises leadership on marketing issues and leads the development of the marketing strategy, while ensuring accuracy and consistency of messages across the organization.
