We are looking to hire a dynamic, focused driven, self-motivated, and passionate Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team in Scarborough. Job Requirements
- Grow existing staffing clients and develop new staffing clients.
- Good communication skills and fluent in English
- Cold-calling to new clients daily
- Identify, utilize, and track recruitment and advertising sources and methods.
- Build positive, credible relationships with customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Create reports when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Performance-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
- Provides superior client service.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze, strategize and execute independently.
- Highly proficient Computer and Smart Phone skills
- Good experience with outbound calls
