Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Marketing & Sales Coordinator

to help grow UUCargo's brand presence and business operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing social media, creating marketing content, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

: You will manage all aspects of our marketing operations, including digital content creation, event planning, and CRM system management. You will ensure that each marketing campaign is executed seamlessly and aligns with our strategic goals.

Sales Support:

You will be the backbone of our sales team, handling client inquiries, preparing important sales documents, coordinating meetings, and developing training materials to enhance team performance.

Client Relations:

Serve as the first point of contact for client communications, maintaining and nurturing ongoing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction with a meticulous approach to problem-solving.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various teams to maintain clear communication and aligned expectations, ensuring that all sales and marketing activities are synchronized and efficient.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Experience with social media management and digital marketing. Graphic design and video editing skills, including tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Strong self-learning ability and ability to multitask.
