Marketing Coordinator / Leads Handler

What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads, engaging them and understanding their needs. Act as a bridge between clients and our internal team, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up. Manage and optimize digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Execute SEO strategies to boost website visibility and organic traffic. Maintain and update WordPress websites. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights. Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads. Manage leads and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles. Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads. Proficiency in WordPress and content management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in English, with Hindi or Punjabi preferred. Experience in agency or lead-handling environments is a plus
