THE TEAM

The mission of the Photo & Video Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective photo and video assets.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase our campaigns in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. As the Retoucher, you will support with enhancing photos for Product Catalogue, Campaign, Social and Corporate shoots and ensuring all digital editing is completed to the highest quality in a timely manner. THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

THE ROLE

As the Retoucher, you will:

• Support with ensuring the seamless delivery of final photo and video assets as per expectations and in alignment with the production and publishing schedules
• Support with retouching to ensure the look and tone of each asset match the creative direction throughout the season
• Support with the accurate naming, use, transfer, and storage of photography assets

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Retoucher has:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Retouching (ecommerce or advertising experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Capture One
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia\'s Values, Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
