We are seeking a passionate and motivated Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. Duties

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote programs and initiatives. Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and outreach activities. Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community members. Collect feedback from the community to assess needs and improve services. Create promotional materials and content for social media platforms to raise awareness of community initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement efforts with organizational goals. Monitor and report on engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups. Experience in event planning and coordination. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of community resources and local issues is a plus.
