Marketing Project Assistant

to work on their Marketing Team in Halifax, NS.

MLO is a civil litigation boutique firm representing clients that have been seriously injured in accidents or denied insurance benefits. Our team of lawyers and support staff strive to achieve superior compensation for both our clients and the members of our legal team. We currently have offices located in New Glasgow, NS; Halifax, NS; St. John's, NL; and Moncton, NB.

Responsibilities Include:

Prioritizing and organizing workloads for the Marketing Team Tracking and monitoring project activities using project management software Working with colleagues for project reporting and scheduling Assisting the Marketing Team with various project administration activities

Qualifications:

Recent graduate of a post-secondary degree in Business or Project Management Previous experience working with Project Management software Strong written, organizational and administrative skills Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and exercise sound judgement Experience identifying potential problems and finding solutions Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Able to be flexible, and adapt easily to change Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
