Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Professional to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting sales through innovative marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, collaborating with leadership, sales, and community partners to strengthen our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Lead brand positioning, communications, and creative direction across all channels.

Manage digital marketing, including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and CRM systems.

Create marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and customer-focused programs.

Strengthen community and industry relationships through events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Provide sales support through tools, promotions, and targeted campaigns.

Monitor market trends, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's an asset).

3+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or related industries.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Proven success in digital marketing and analytics.

Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

Passion for homebuilding, customer service, and community development.

Drivers License and transportation is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
