Summary of Position
VoxNeuro is seeking a Marketing & PR Coordinator to work closely with our Brand Manager and Sales department. The Marketing & PR Coordinator must have experience in content development and management, and building / managing a content calendar. The ideal candidate will also have experience executing digital campaigns to generate leads and/or sales. Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot is a plus.
The role will include managing internal and external communications (such as press releases, promotional materials, shareholder presentations, newsletters, and fundraising presentations). They will be responsible for managing timelines as well as vendor relationships for outsourced work, as needed. Candidates with additional experience working directly within public relations will be given special consideration--this would include experience with developing and distributing press releases, liaising with media and working with content developers.
There will be opportunity for growth within this role as well as the Company, as it builds its Marketing, Communications and PR capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help manage projects and timelines for VoxNeuro\xe2\x80\x99s Brand, Communications, Sales and Clinical Operations needs
  • Content development and management
  • Assisting in executing and managing digital campaigns
  • Working with our marketing and communications agency
  • Working with vendors (e.g. graphic designers, web developers, etc.)
  • Delivering on strategic goals set for the Communications department on an annual and quarterly basis
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Day-to-day individual contributor on Marketing-related initiatives
  • Executing on corporate goals as aligned with the Brand Manager
  • Maintaining business metrics and recommending changes to optimize performance

Qualifications Required for Position
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business, Marketing, or similar area of discipline
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Developed skills in Salesforce, Hubspot or like software
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
  • Valid driver\'s license
  • Valid passport
  • No restrictions on travel throughout North America or Europe
  • 2 Letters of Reference
Work Environment
VoxNeuro is currently headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and this is where the Marketing & PR Coordinator will be based.
We are currently structured as a hybrid model of in-office and remote work, recommending 50% of time spent in office each week. We move fast and collaboration is accelerated in person and value face to face interactions.
