Marketing & Partnership Coordinator (Part-Time)



Location: Charlottetown, PEI
Hours: 20 hours per week
Compensation: $21-$23 per hour, based on experience

The Role


Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Marketing & Partnership Coordinator will drive creative marketing campaigns, grow brand presence, and foster meaningful community partnerships. This part-time role offers the opportunity to blend design, strategy, and outreach to make service companies more engaging, approachable, and fun.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and create content across all Red Sands divisions (Cleaning, Property Management, Plumbing & Electric, Vacation Rentals, etc.) Oversee and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms Design graphics, capture photography, and produce video content for digital and print campaigns Build and maintain websites using Wix, including regular updates and edits Create and manage email marketing campaigns and CRM communications Coordinate physical marketing mailouts and sponsorship commitments Represent Red Sands at trade shows, conferences, golf tournaments, and community events Develop and manage partnerships with local businesses, restaurants, golf courses, and community groups

What We're Looking For



Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or related field Strong skills in graphic design, photography, and video editing Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and running paid ad campaigns Hands-on experience with Wix or similar web platforms Knowledge of email marketing platforms and e-blast design Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursed) A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset but not required
