What You'll Do
Social Media Management
: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Content Creation
: Develop graphics, videos, newsletters, flyers, and promotional materials that capture attention and tell our story.
Community Engagement
: Represent CHBC at in-person events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
Campaign Strategy
: Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with enrollment goals, seasonal intakes, and program launches.
Digital Marketing
: Run paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.), track analytics, and optimize performance for maximum reach and ROI.
Brand Development
: Maintain a consistent, professional, and authentic brand voice across all channels.
Collaboration
: Work with leadership, admissions, and operations to ensure marketing aligns with student recruitment and growth goals.
Innovation
: Constantly bring new, creative, and outside-the-box ideas that set CHBC apart.
Community Outreach
: Represent CHBC at career fairs, open houses, and community events to build awareness and recruit students.
Partnership Development
: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and industry partners to support student practicums, community projects, and college visibility.

Experience in social media management, digital ads, and marketing campaign development.
Graphic design and/or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
Strong communication and storytelling ability.
Comfortable engaging with people at events and building relationships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Passion for education and helping students succeed is a big plus!
