We're hiring a Door Knocker - Lead Generator to join our growing team in Hamilton.

This role is your foot in the door to a long-term career in marketing and sales. Your main responsibility will be canvassing local neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and generating quality leads for our sales team. You may also assist with promotional events and community outreach initiatives, depending on scheduling and need. What You Bring:

1+ years of sales and lead generation experience Flexibility to work some late afternoon shifts and Saturdays Proficiency with CRMs and MS Office (Word, Excel) Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines Valid driver's license Experience in home improvement or construction is a plus Comfortable following a script and structured approach Able to pass a background check and comply with our drug & alcohol policy

Compensation Structure

Hourly Base Pay: $20 per hour Commission: $25 for each verified lead (a homeowner who agrees to a booked estimate) plus monthly bonuses available.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
