Marketing & Optimization Specialist
to strengthen our performance marketing efforts and help fuel growth across digital channels.
Role Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, and execution. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing on initiatives that span paid media, lead funnel optimization, content coordination, and CRM performance -- always with an eye on results and continuous improvement. Your work will directly support our digital growth and empower our customer service reps with better leads, better tools, and better insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen to daily customer calls to assess quality, consistency, and alignment with marketing objectives - flagging issues and suggesting improvements to ensure the team is executing at a high level.
Regularly audit all digital channels (website, landing pages, ad platforms, CRM and automation flows) to ensure optimal functionality, tracking and performance.
Execute and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Display, YouTube, etc.)
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align efforts with performance goals
Build and maintain CRM dashboards and reports to monitor lead performance through the sales funnel
Work with the Director of Marketing on campaign planning, forecasting, and KPI reviews
Support customer service reps with lead insights, pipeline analysis, and conversion improvement strategies
Stay current on industry trends and recommend tools, tactics, and strategies to enhance marketing performance
What You Bring:
2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong performance marketing focus
Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM management
Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data
Organized, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated
Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
Bonus: Experience in financial services, lead generation, or regulated industries

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
