The Marketing Operations Specialist will own and maintain the MarTech stack to create data-driven insights that will maximize marketing programs\' efficiency and drive the next phase of growth at StoreForce. The Marketing Operations Specialist will also be responsible for all aspects of database maintenance, including ensuring data integrity. This role will require integration and analysis of data from multiple sources, databases, and tools. This role reports to the Global Marketing Director, works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and is based in our Toronto office. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Marketing Technology Stack
  • Manage our existing MarTech stack (currently includes Salesforce, 6Sense, SalesLoft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other technologies that feed into these platforms);
  • Identify and improve the effectiveness of our current MarTech Stack;
  • Research relevant solutions and tools to ensure the MarTech stack is effective and up to date;
  • Responsible for all inquiries and resolution of any issues with the MarTech stack;
  • conduct training sessions with Sales and Marketing team members as needed to ensure a foundational understanding of how to use StoreForce\xe2\x80\x99s MarTech solutions.
2. Analytics and Reporting
  • Develop the analytics and forecasting models necessary to make data-driven decisions for the Sales and Marketing teams;
  • Produce ad-hoc analysis of business issues through database querying to capture data, including interpretation of results;
  • Work with the Executive leadership team to deliver strategic reports and insights to help them make informed decisions.
3. Data Integrity
  • Responsible for the data integrity of our CRM system, including 1) implementing routine quality checks, 2) reviews of contact records, 3) scrubbing/cleansing data;
  • Define and maintain the data management strategy and data architecture;
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and workflows.
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE
  • 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of experience managing data integrity of CRM and automation systems;
  • Strong quantitative abilities, with experience with reporting tools and technology;
  • Reporting on B2B Marketing data and related processes;
  • Ability to interpret data and results and turn them into actionable insights that drive decision-making.
KNOWLEDGE
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of lead management processes and demand generation workflows;
  • Knowledge of data best practices and database concepts;
  • Salesforce.com, including record types and data models, reporting and dashboard design, and knowledge of Salesforce object database concepts;
  • Knowledge of working with Marketing tools such as 6Sense, HubSpot, and Google Analytics is an asset.
