Role Overview
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, production) and external partners to optimize marketing workflows, oversee content and campaign execution, and ensure the smooth operation of our marketing department.
This is a
hands-on role
requiring both operational expertise and the ability to create snackable content and manage compelling marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations & Project Management
Assist the Marketing Director, manage and drive the end-to-end marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all MKG Assets and collateral (trade marketing tools, wholesale MKG, DTC Marketing)
Take the Lead in the production of B2B Brand photoshoot B2C on figure and ghost photoshoots,
Oversee workflows, resources, and processes to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives. Ensuring deadlines are met and assets are consistent across channels.
Coordinate the creation of weekly DTC email campaigns, from checking creative to scheduling.
Partner with the content team to assist in the development of assets tailored for DTC channels, including product features, seasonal landing pages and outlet store sale and non-sale collateral.
4. PR and Communication (internal and External)
Internal PR
Lead internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed of key Milestones, campaigns and company updates.
Create and manage internal newsletters, brand updates and company-wide presentations
Serve as marketing liaison for internal events, town halls or brands celebrations
External PR:
Assist the Marketing Director with press outreach, influencer relation and media opportunities.
Support the creation of press Kits, brand stories, and pitches to secure media coverage
Coordinate with PR agencies, stylists or media partners to elevate brand presence
Manage logistics for PR events, trunk shows, brand activations
4. Team & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelance creatives, and technology vendors., this can include social media agency, freelancer or staff member.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing team members and interns.
Requirements & Skills
Experience:
3-5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role (preferably in fashion, retail, or luxury goods).
Creative Acumen:
Ability to manage creative production processes and ensure strong brand alignment.
Project Management:
Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. (Experience with project management tools like Asana, or Trello is a plus.)
Time management skills:
Able to meet deadlines, plan and adjust priorities to deliver assets on time.
Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable working with data to measure results and optimize strategies.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Must have a Driver licence
