About the Role
You'll play an important role in supporting our marketing presence, internal staff communications, and internal operations. You'll work closely with the Practice Director to ensure content is published consistently, systems are organized, and important relationships with referral partners are well supported.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
Edit and publish blog posts weekly
Manage monthly email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including list segmentation and tagging for niche audiences
Edit and cross post video content
Support outreach efforts and content distribution
Operations & Admin
Manage Practice Director's email inbox and calendar
Support physician and referral partner communication
Coordinate and organize logistics for quarterly team building workshops and monthly clinical consultation groups
Restock clinic supplies and manage purchasing
Keep clinic rooms tidy, organized, and welcoming
Update and maintain company SOPs
Skills & Qualifications
Strong comfort and skill with technology and software, including:Mailchimp, Loom, Google Workspace, basic video editing tools
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently in a time efficient manner
Comfortable working in a healthcare / mental health setting, as well as working virtually part of the week
Warm, reliable, and proactive
Nice to Have
Experience in marketing, communications, or healthcare administration
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, YouTube)
Interest in wellness, mental health, or trauma-informed work
