results-oriented Marketing Manager
to lead our real estate sales marketing division.
You will be responsible for crafting data-driven marketing strategies, enhancing our digital footprint, and generating qualified leads that directly drive property sales and agent success.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
strategic marketing campaigns to promote listings, open houses, and investment projects.
Oversee digital marketing channels
including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn to boost visibility and engagement.
Create high-impact marketing materials
such as property videos, brochures, social media reels, and email campaigns to attract buyers and agents.
Monitor analytics and ROI
across marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social media insights.
Collaborate with sales teams and realtors
to ensure marketing aligns with brokerage growth and sales goals.
Plan and manage events
such as open houses, community promotions, and realtor recruitment drives.
Lead brand storytelling
through consistent messaging, creative visuals, and client engagement across platforms.
Manage marketing budgets
and vendor relationships for maximum efficiency and impact.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
3-5 years of proven marketing experience, ideally in
real estate, property development, or brokerage environments.
Strong digital marketing knowledge -- SEO, SEM, email automation (HubSpot/Mailchimp), and social media ad management.
Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing metrics and conversion funnels.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling copy and visual concepts.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign), and video editing platforms like CapCut or VEED.
Experience with CRMs and MLS systems is an asset.
Creative, motivated, and organized individual with a passion for real estate marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
Real Estate License or background in real estate marketing.
Experience in
video content creation, drone photography, or virtual tours.
Understanding of the GTA housing market and local buyer psychology.
