Marketing Manager: ?40,000 to ?48,000
We are excited to announce we are looking for a Marketing Manager here at Aviva within the 'Go To Market' (GTM) team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns, using a range of channels whilst working collaboratively with colleagues from across Savings & Retirement.
A bit about the role:
You will support with the planning, management, deployment, and optimisation of effective intermediary marketing campaigns, across both online and offline channels in the strive to deliver the required business and customer outcomes.
You will work closely with the GTM Lead to define the marketing requirements based on the business? commercial goals and objectives, whilst delivering creative and broader campaign delivery/coordination across channels.
You will lead direct marketing activity, working in an agile way, with teams composed of key SMEs from the Marketing Centres of Excellence (including Data Science & Digital); the activity within the team could include a combination of social media, email, public website content, search, display etc. This role will also be responsible for performance reporting and insights from post campaign analysis, and reporting including driving data and insight-led recommendations to drive future optimisation.
Aviva introduced ?smart-working? in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from our Norwich office to enable regular attendance.
