We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize our marketing efforts.
Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:
Develop and implement a compelling brand narrative and vision for Rockport Group of Companies, utilizing existing assets (logos, typeface, colors, vision statement) or craft new elements as needed to bring the brand to life.
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with growth objectives including achieving full occupancy in apartments, securing new client engagements and enhancing brand visibility.
Develop additional marketing plans for all customer-facing divisions.
Establish lead generation targets for campaigns across each division.
Budget Management
Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated or reallocated to the highest impact and return activities.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, lead generation, conversion rates, etc., to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Market Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape and potential opportunities, informing the development of a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with Rockport Group of Company's objectives and enhances market positioning.
Brand Management
Oversee the maintenance and brand progression of the brand's voice, positioning. Always ensure strategies convey our market presence and protecting our good standing in the marketplace.
Collaboration + Team Leadership
Work closely with other divisions (sales, operations) to ensure a unified message and strategy.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with our cross-functional teams
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on construction, brokerage, or excavation industries (preferred)
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills and communication skills with the ability to effectively relay performance to the CEO engaging upper management so they understand the vision and direction
High-level marketing knowledge, including digital marketing, content creation, and advertising.
Leadership experience to guide and coordinate the team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with real estate marketing experience considered a valuable asset.
