This is not a "keep-the-lights-on" marketing role.
As Marketing Manager at Swift Hockey, you will own how the brand shows up to players, teams, retailers, and partners across North America. Your work will directly impact revenue, brand growth, and how Swift Hockey competes against legacy hockey brands.
If you're someone who thrives on ownership, hates cookie-cutter marketing, and wants to build something players genuinely believe in -- this role was built for you.
Why This Role Is Different
You won't be boxed into one channel -- you'll
lead strategy and execution
You'll work directly with leadership, athletes, ambassadors, and partners
You'll help shape a fast-growing hockey brand, not just "manage campaigns"
Your ideas will actually ship -- quickly
What You'll Be Responsible For
Own and execute Swift Hockey's overall marketing strategy
Plan and manage campaigns across email, social, content, partnerships, and promotions
Oversee ambassador, influencer, and community marketing initiatives
Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns
Work with sales, operations, and customer support to align messaging
Track performance, ROI, and continuously improve results
Help grow Swift Hockey's presence in teams, leagues, and retail channels
This is a
builder role
, not a maintenance role.
