What You'll Do

As the Marketing Manager for Sporting Life, you will lead the execution of our brand and seasonal marketing programs across all channels. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you'll bring campaigns to life from concept through delivery, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our premium sport-lifestyle brand positioning.

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across print, paid digital, social, email, direct mail, influencer/affiliate, contests, and promotions. Partner with the Director, Digital Center of Excellence and Director, E-Commerce to plan and maintain messaging and content across our website and paid digital channels. Manage the weekly email marketing calendar, ensuring accuracy in merchandising, creative briefing, and performance tracking. Create clear, actionable creative briefs and oversee content development across digital, social, in-store, and traditional channels. Collaborate with internal creative partners, merchandising teams, and external agencies to deliver brand-aligned assets and collateral. Own the seasonal marketing and promotional calendar, aligning merchandising, eCommerce, Retail Operations, and VM to campaign timing. Support store-level marketing needs through toolkits, signage briefs, local activation assets, and accurate promotional messaging. Build project plans, manage timelines, and oversee production to ensure on-time, on-budget execution across all channels. Measure campaign performance and share insights on traffic, brand health, ROI, and MSE with the Director, Marketing and senior leadership.

What You'll Bring

5-7 years of progressive experience in retail, lifestyle, sport, or consumer brand marketing. Strong multi-channel campaign management experience across digital, social, email, and traditional channels. Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Strong creative instincts and an eye for delivering premium, brand-elevating content. Excellent communication and project management skills. Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about sport, style, and outdoor living.
