Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services Develop communication strategies Direct the marketing strategies of establishments Evaluate the marketing strategies used by establishments Oversee the preparation of written material for website content Publicize activities, workshops, meetings and other events for fundraising or information purposes Develop promotional materials Hire, train, direct and motivate staff Plan and control budget and expenditures Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments and other organizations Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services Develop and implement marketing strategies
