We are looking for a self-starter, Marketing Manager at IREN to lead integrated marketing strategies that grow our brand presence, attract new customers, and strengthen engagement across every touchpoint. The role will combine data-led decision making with bold creative thinking to ensure IREN's efforts are forward-looking, high-impact, and aligned with our mission to power progress sustainably.
We have grown substantially since 2019, from our inception in Australia to now having several facilities across North America and being listed on NASDAQ... and we are just getting started! Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications
7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in data centers, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise tech
Demonstrated success in delivering strategic marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience with problem solving in complex projects that have a company-wide impact
Proven ability to manage agencies and external creative partners
Strong project management and organizational skills
Data-driven approach, with a track record of using KPIs to optimize performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Job responsibilities
Strategic planning & execution:
Design and implement marketing strategies that support both commercial growth and reputational positioning in new and existing markets
Campaign & content development:
Create messaging and campaigns that articulate our data center value propositions
Oversee development of assets such as case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, landing pages, videos, and nurture emails
Brand & communications:
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels
Develop creative ways to engage our audience, from digital content to brand activations
Partner & event marketing:
Collaborate with technology partners and channel teams on co-marketing initiatives
Plan and deliver events, webinars, and industry trade show participation
Market intelligence:
Track trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform messaging and strategy
Stay attuned to the global tech and sustainability landscape to keep our marketing fresh and relevant
Commission and analyse research to understand evolving customer needs
Cross functional collaboration:
Work with teams across Commercial, Investor Relations, and Technology to ensure marketing supports broader business priorities
Align closely with the commercial team to create assets that support revenue and business development goals

Salary range: CAD $100,000 - 120,000, depending on experience.

This role is open to remote candidates located in US and Canada. With preference to the San Francisco, CA or Vancouver, BC.
