We are looking for a Marketing Manager on behalf of a client - a growing, entrepreneurial brand in the retail and consumer space. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns & Activations:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, and retail channels.
• Organize in-store events and activations to boost foot traffic and build buzz, especially at the Espro Coffee Bar.
• Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure campaigns are on-brand and impactful.

Influencer Partnerships & Social Media Content:

• Build relationships with Toronto-based influencers and creators.
• Manage and oversee content creation for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Tie all content initiatives to key performance metrics such as sales, engagement, and community growth.

Public Relations & Earned Media:

• Drive PR outreach and manage external agency relationships.
• Secure media coverage in lifestyle, food & beverage, and design sectors.
• Track and report PR outcomes and their integration into overall performance.

Social Media & Community Management:

• Oversee the brand's social media accounts, grow followers, and foster engaged communities.
• Produce consistent, high-quality creative content in collaboration with agencies and freelancers.
• Respond to audience feedback and monitor engagement metrics.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Provide clear weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI, tracking key KPIs across digital, social, PR, and retail initiatives.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of marketing experience in digital, social media, influencer outreach, and brand activations (preferably in retail or consumer brands).
• Proven success managing campaigns and creative content creation across platforms.
• Adept at KPI-focused reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with PR and earned media strategies is a big plus.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
