Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to regional markets, balancing traditional, digital, and channel-level execution
Leverage AI tools to personalize content, optimize targeting, and forecast campaign performance
Mentor and develop a team of junior marketing talent--fostering creativity, accountability, and skill-building
Manage and execute last-mile marketing e?orts with distributors, contractors, and retail partners, including POS materials, localized events, and training campaigns
Lead creative development for campaigns across print, digital, trade publications, OOH, and social media
Own CRM optimization and marketing automation workflows via HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Represent the brand at industry trade shows and events; oversee booth design, content, and follow-up strategy
Monitor KPIs (budget, ROI) and generate clear, actionable insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, (MBA a plus)
10+ years of progressive marketing experience; at least 4 years in a people management role
HVAC, building technology, or technical industry experience strongly preferred
Experience in dealing with both US and Canadian stakeholders is a must. Global experience would be a definite plus
Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is an asset
Willingness to travel within North America (~20-30%)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
