luxury real estate, strategic branding, and creative content marketing

Instagram, Xiaohongshu (???), and WeChat

Imperial Capital Developments Corp., a leading custom home builder and renovation company based in Toronto, is looking for a

Marketing Manager

to take our brand to the next level.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Develop and execute

the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals Manage all

social media accounts

(Instagram, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and create content calendars Organize and lead

digital campaigns

, email marketing, paid ads, and influencer collaborations Coordinate

photo & video shoots

of construction projects and client testimonials Build and maintain a strong

brand image

, including logo use, print materials, signage, and showroom presentation Write engaging

copy and scripts

for brochures, social posts, and short videos

Track marketing metrics

, analyze performance, and optimize future campaigns Work closely with the sales, design, and project management teams Maintain and expand our

CRM database

, generate leads, and support business development

You're a Great Fit If You Have

3+ years in

marketing

, ideally in

real estate, construction, architecture, or interior design

Fluent in

English and Mandarin

(spoken and written), French or Cantonese is a plus Strong knowledge of

Xiaohongshu, Instagram, WeChat, TikTok

, etc. Experience with

content creation

, including photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) A

hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and storytelling ability A passion for

beautiful homes, branding, and design
