We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Marketing Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and performance of all marketing initiatives across our group of affiliate companies. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and understands how to align marketing with business goals.

You will work closely with our executive leadership and department heads to support branding and growth for a private mortgage lender, a mortgage investment corporation, an accounting firm, and a renovation company.

Responsibilities



Team & Department Leadership



Lead the internal marketing team, including assigning tasks, managing project timelines, and supporting the growth and development of team members. Oversee the marketing and projects department, which manages multiple social media channels, annual events, annual campaigns, and pitch decks and business presentations.

Strategy & Campaign Development



Develop and implement marketing strategies for affiliate companies, ensuring alignment with each brand's business goals. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, PPC, SEO, and outreach platforms. Provide creative direction for branding, design, content creation, and multimedia production. Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., web developers, PPC agencies, tradeshow managers, etc.) to execute deliverables effectively.

Reporting & Communication



Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, lead generation, contact growth, and campaign ROI. Draw insights from data to identify patterns and test new strategies for continuous improvement. Maintain regular communication with external departments and affiliate company owners, providing updates on marketing efforts and presenting campaign plans.

Event & Outreach Oversight



Oversee the planning and promotion of monthly events, including logistics, creative materials, and post-event performance tracking. Support business development initiatives through creative outreach and contact growth strategies.

Qualifications



3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and graphic design Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously Experience working with CRMs, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms Prior experience managing internal teams and external vendors
