Marketing Manager (Multi-Brand Leadership Role) Location: Hybrid / Remote (Canada preferred) Company: Riverdale Inc (Multi-brand portfolio)

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to take strategic and operational leadership across a growing portfolio of brands in environmental services, retail e-commerce, agriculture, drones, and professional services. This is not a junior execution role. You will be responsible for owning the marketing function end-to-end, translating business priorities into clear marketing strategy, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all brands. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, while also managing contractors, agencies, and internal resources. Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Leadership & Strategy Own and lead the marketing strategy across all brands. Translate business goals into clear, prioritized marketing plans. Decide what not to do as much as what to do, maintaining focus and ROI. Ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and brand voice across platforms. Build annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps with measurable outcomes. 2. Brand Management Act as the primary steward of each brand's identity and messaging. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all outward-facing content. Maintain brand guidelines and enforce consistency across campaigns. Oversee product, service, and educational messaging to ensure compliance and credibility (especially in regulated or technical markets). 3. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and oversee campaigns across: Email marketing Website content Social media (organic and limited paid) Educational content (guides, webinars, case studies) Trade shows and events Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables across teams. Ensure campaigns are executed on time and to standard. 4. Content Oversight Lead content strategy, including: Educational articles and guides Email campaigns Website copy Sales enablement materials Social posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Edit, approve, and guide content creation to ensure clarity and accuracy. Work with subject-matter experts to translate technical knowledge into clear marketing language. 5. Team & Vendor Management Manage freelancers, agencies, designers, and contractors. Provide clear briefs, feedback, and expectations. Ensure work meets quality standards before publication. Build repeatable processes so marketing does not depend on any single person. 6. Systems, Reporting & Optimization Track performance across key metrics (leads, conversions, engagement, ROI). Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership. Continuously improve systems, workflows, and tools. Help build scalable marketing infrastructure that supports growth.

What We're Looking For Required Experience & Skills

5+ years experience in a marketing leadership or marketing manager role. Proven experience managing multiple brands or product lines. Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with technical, regulated, or professional-service industries is a strong asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
