Job Description

LessonFly helps music schools grow. We provide marketing services, automation tools, and strategy coaching to education businesses across North America.

We're currently looking for a

Marketing Manager

to join our team.

This is a

part-time position (20 hours/week)

with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance. You'll manage and execute marketing campaigns across platforms, build and optimize funnels, and support our growing client base of music education businesses.

You Should Have:

3+ years of marketing experience

(preferably digital/performance-focused) Hands-on experience running

Facebook and Google Ads

Solid understanding of

Go High Level

or similar CRM/automation platforms Basic web design skills (Wix, Webflow, WordPress, or similar) Strong communication and time management skills A results-driven mindset -- comfortable with data, testing, and optimization
What You'll Be Doing:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns for clients Build landing pages and simple marketing sites Set up automations, email sequences, and pipelines in Go High Level Collaborate with designers and content creators Monitor KPIs and report results to the team
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working with small businesses or in the education sector Familiarity with funnel strategy, retargeting, and lead magnets Basic design or copywriting experience
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience Room for growth into a full-time, salaried position with increased responsibility

Pay: $32.19-$38.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
