Marketing Manager
with

expertise--someone fluent in
SAGE
and
ASI/ESP
platforms and who can turn great ideas into campaigns that build client relationships and drive revenue.

What You'll Do
Own the plan:
Build and execute an annual marketing plan that increases
brand awareness, qualified leads, and distributor engagement
.
Run multi-channel campaigns:
Email, digital, social, and trade shows--concept through post-campaign analysis.
Maximize SAGE/ASI:
Optimize listings, keywords, imagery, and categories to boost
search ranking and conversions,
as well as pay per click campaigns
Create standout collateral:
Catalogs, sell sheets, landing pages, case studies, and video snippets that help distributors win end-user projects.
Trade show leadership:
Plan pre/during/post-show campaigns; manage booth assets and logistics for trade shows (~2-4 per year).
Own web & social:
Keep site content fresh, publish product launches, and drive consistent, brand-true social presence.
Prove it with data:
Track KPIs (open/click, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline influenced, cost per lead) and report clear insights.
Cross-functional glue:
Partner with Sales, Design, and Production so messaging and timelines stay tight.
What You Bring
Required:
Promotional products industry experience.
Required:
Proficiency with
SAGE
and
ASI/ESP
platforms.
Required:
Written and oral fluency in English
5+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on campaign management, content creation, and basic analytics.
Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
Experience with
email marketing
(e.g., Moosend) and
CMS
(WordPress/Shopify).
Creative eye for layout and visuals; comfortable briefing designers or creating assets.
Self-directed
, deadline-driven, and KPI-focused.
Nice to have:
Photography/videography skills.
What Success Looks Like (30/60/90)
30 days:
Audit SAGE/ASI presence, current campaigns, and assets; propose a 90-day plan with KPI targets.
60 days:
Launch 2-3 distributor-focused campaigns and refresh top SAGE/ASI listings to improve discoverability.
90 days:
Show measurable lift in lead volume/quality and a clear pipeline influence report for Sales.
