Role Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, grow foot traffic and online sales, and deepen customer loyalty. You'll own the full marketing lifecycle--from strategy to execution--across digital, in-store events, PR, and partnerships. This role reports to the VP of Stores Operations and collaborates closely with the Store Managers
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that drives awareness, foot traffic, and online conversions.
Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid search and social, content, influencers, events).
Lead seasonal brand campaigns (new arrivals, promotions, collaborations) with clear objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
Own the editorial calendar, create compelling content (copy, visuals, video briefs) aligned with brand voice.
Manage social media presence (branding, community management, engage followers, grow followers, manage paid social campaigns).
Oversee email marketing: segmentation, automation (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase), lifecycle campaigns.
Coordinate in-store events (VIP nights, bra fittings, trunk shows, workshops) and partner collaborations.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights; report dashboard to leadership.
Build and manage relationships with influencers, models, brands, and local partners.
Collaborate with Merchandising to align campaigns with product launches and inventory.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in fashion, beauty, retail, or intimate apparel (luxury or boutique preferred).
Proven track record of growing brand awareness and driving sales through integrated campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics (GA4, marketing dashboards), and email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills; ability to tailor messages to diverse customer segments.
Experience managing a budget and measuring ROI; data-driven decision making.
Comfortable with in-store events and partnerships; capable of vendor coordination.
Creative mindset with a passion for fitting, comfort, and body positivity.
Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Availability to work weekends/evenings as needed for events.
Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience in lingerie/bra brands or intimate apparel.
Photography, videography, or content creation skills.
Basic design sense or ability to brief designers/photographers effectively.
CRM experience beyond basic segmentation (lifecycle marketing).
