Robert Half is helping our client find an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will spearhead strategies to elevate brand presence, drive growth across various channels, and support overall business goals. This role involves overseeing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and digital initiatives while managing a small team and working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing strategies, campaigns, and budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Digital Leadership: Oversee website and online store management, as well as digital content and e-commerce growth initiatives.
  • Campaign Development: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, print, social media, and email) to strengthen engagement and drive sales.
  • Product Launches: Strategize and execute plans for impactful market entries for new products.
  • Partnerships: Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates to boost brand visibility.
  • Events Management: Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer events in partnership with the sales team.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team, cultivating a growth-oriented, high-performance culture.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance, using data insights to enhance strategy and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product teams, and other business stakeholders to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role with a strong execution track record.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Strong leadership capability, including experience managing teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven success in creating campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and e-commerce tools.
  • Solid project management skills for meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel, attend events, and work occasional evenings/weekends as required.
Nice-to-Haves: * Bilingual proficiency (English and French).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with outdoor, sporting, or defense industry sectors.
  • Knowledge of affiliate/ambassador programs.
  • Valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition License) or openness to obtaining it.
