:Are you seeking employment as a Marketing Manager where you\'ll be able to provide support for the development and implementation of marketing strategies? Robert Half (TCG) is currently hiring for a company in the Wholesale Distribution industry. The right candidate will contribute to several marketing approaches to push the company reach its goals. This is a permanent employment and is located in the Oshawa, Ontario area.Your responsibilities in this role- Help lay the groundwork for short- and long-term marketing plans and strategies, pricing policies and budgets- Take charge of and strengthen product marketing and promotional communications strategy- Strengthen promotional advertising materials and ensure compatibility between marketing programs and public relations activitiesRequirements:- Marketing management experience- Demonstrated knowledge of publishing and advertising, as well as excellent communication, writing and analytical skills- Experience with administration and execution of electronic direct marketing campaigns, including database management and analytics- Proficiency in EO/IR systems- Adeptness in advertisements- Practical knowledge of Campaign Planning- Customer service experience highly preferred- Foundational knowledge in Facebook Insights- General familiarity with Budget Processes- Database experience required- CRM experience- Experience with Google Analytics- Demonstrated knowledge of Brand Awareness- Mastery of using the Internet and basic office applications, as well as familiarity with design software applications and tools
