Job Description


Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive marketing efforts across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a combination of digital expertise and traditional marketing skills to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Develop and implement marketing strategies:

  • Create and execute innovative marketing strategies that integrate both online and offline channels to drive brand awareness.
  • Write, create, execute, analyze, and optimize engaging communication to prospective students throughout the enrollment funnel including supporting content development for a comprehensive communication flow through our CRM.
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar that ensures corporate goals are met within the timelines expected.
  • Ability to analyze and create action plans from marketing data as a result of on and offline campaigns.
  • Plan and execute strategies aligned with and advancing the in-person campus enrollment plan.
Online Marketing:
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including social media, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Oversee content creation for online platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, user behavior, and campaign performance to optimize for success.
  • Monitor and respond to additional needs of the website as well as new programs being launched.
Offline Marketing:
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing campaigns, such as print, radio, and TV advertising.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and print vendors to create impactful offline marketing materials.
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to translate franchise owners\' needs per market into driven marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on ROI for all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a successful track record in both online and offline marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Background with traditional marketing channels, including print, radio, and TV.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
