Your key responsibilities:
Community Strategy: Partner with CX to define and deliver our community vision, globally expanding engagement and acquisition.
Content Management: Lead content from ideas to publishing across channels like web, email, whitepapers, videos, and more.
Creative Content: Craft engaging B2B content that meets our community\'s needs.
Basic Design Skill: Create appealing graphics, infographics, presentations, and more.
Campaign Insights: Measure brand awareness campaign success.
Collaboration: Work with our in-house creator for compelling social and website content.
Data-Driven: Analyze trends, adjust content strategies, and ensure SEO and brand alignment.
Qualifications
2-3 years experience creating content in the B2B space \xe2\x80\x93 including authoring, editing, and revising content to adhere to prescribed brand guidelines
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma, or equivalent work experience, in marketing, journalism, communications, or other related field
Excellent project management skills.Understanding of the role content plays in the buyer\xe2\x80\x99s journey
Worked with technologies like Hubspot Marketing, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Tools
Experience leveraging SEO best practices
Goal-oriented and metrics-driven Collaborative and able to prioritize requests across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable writing for different audiences, pain points, and stages of the funnel
