Job Description

Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Saint-Laurent (2 days in office and 3 days remote)
Salary: $85K to $95K + 10% bonus
Perks: Benefits, 4 weeks of vacation, RRSPOur client, a global company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and communication strategy of the private label product category in Canada. You will also ensure the successful implementation of the product portfolio and the creation and implementation of B2B, B2B2C strategies, and distributor management for marketing.
Tasks:
- Develop and implement the detailed marketing strategy and plan for the product portfolio, including product positioning, pricing, and range communication
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of the product range under their responsibility, as well as market trends (consumers, professionals, competition)
- Define and develop consumer-focused communication strategy
- Develop and implement a branding and communication plan for the brands to increase awareness and purchase intent among eye care professionals
- Optimize the product portfolio to meet the needs of consumers, customers, and contribute to increasing the profitability of the product portfolio
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, customer experience, and training partners to ensure key messages are conveyed
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing
- At least 6 years of proven success in product marketing-related fields
- Experience in marketing support for multiple product lines
- Experience with a sales model through a partner network
- Bilingual to work with international clients on marketing campaigns
