Marketing Manager

Mississauga, ON, CA, Canada

Job Description

The Opportunity

We're looking for a

Marketing Manager

to lead the development and execution of Nightingale's marketing initiatives, including the implementation of a significant re-branding effort. This person will be the central hub of our marketing efforts -- setting the calendar, managing resources, and ensuring everything we create reflects the craft, clarity, and confidence that define our brand.

You'll work closely with leadership, sales teams, and external partners (architects and designers, furniture dealers, sales representatives) to bring marketing programs to life -- from planning promotions to creating impactful sales materials and inspiring visual content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution -- a creative organizer who loves seeing ideas move from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain the

annual marketing calendar

, including product launches, promotions, events, and campaigns. Create and manage the

social media content calendar

-- ensuring consistent storytelling and engagement across platforms. Plan and coordinate

marketing initiatives

aligned with sales goals and brand strategy.

Sales Support & Coordination

marketing requests

from sales reps, independent rep groups, and dealers. Manage the

pipeline of sales support materials

, ensuring timely and on-brand responses. Collaborate with sales to create presentations, brochures, and other enablement tools that help close deals.

Team & Vendor Management

Manage and brief

freelancers and external partners

(graphic designers, photographers, copywriters, etc.). Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep all marketing activities running smoothly.

Execution & Content Creation

Create and update

sales presentations and product collateral

using Nightingale's brand system. Write and edit

marketing copy

for web, email, and print. Support development of

product imagery and lifestyle visuals

, ensuring consistency with our brand's warm, precise aesthetic. Assist in managing website content and product updates as needed.

What You Bring

2-4 years of marketing experience in a

coordinator or manager role

, preferably in design-driven environments. Strong project management and organizational skills -- able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. Excellent written and visual communication abilities; detail-oriented and design-aware. Working knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite

,

PowerPoint

, and

social media management tools

. Experience working with freelancers or creative agencies. A passion for design, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

Why You'll Love Working Here

Help shape the future of a

heritage Canadian brand

with a global presence. Collaborate with a small, passionate and elite team where your ideas make a visible impact. Work in an environment that values
