This person will be the central hub of our marketing efforts -- setting the calendar, managing resources, and ensuring everything we create reflects the craft, clarity, and confidence that define our brand.
You'll work closely with leadership, sales teams, and external partners (architects and designers, furniture dealers, sales representatives) to bring marketing programs to life -- from planning promotions to creating impactful sales materials and inspiring visual content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution -- a creative organizer who loves seeing ideas move from concept to completion.
What You'll Do
Marketing Planning & Strategy
Develop and maintain the
annual marketing calendar
, including product launches, promotions, events, and campaigns.
Create and manage the
social media content calendar
-- ensuring consistent storytelling and engagement across platforms.
Plan and coordinate
marketing initiatives
aligned with sales goals and brand strategy.
Sales Support & Coordination
Act as the primary contact for
marketing requests
from sales reps, independent rep groups, and dealers.
Manage the
pipeline of sales support materials
, ensuring timely and on-brand responses.
Collaborate with sales to create presentations, brochures, and other enablement tools that help close deals.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage and brief
freelancers and external partners
(graphic designers, photographers, copywriters, etc.).
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep all marketing activities running smoothly.
Execution & Content Creation
Create and update
sales presentations and product collateral
using Nightingale's brand system.
Write and edit
marketing copy
for web, email, and print.
Support development of
product imagery and lifestyle visuals
, ensuring consistency with our brand's warm, precise aesthetic.
Assist in managing website content and product updates as needed.
What You Bring
2-4 years of marketing experience in a
coordinator or manager role
, preferably in design-driven environments.
Strong project management and organizational skills -- able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
Excellent written and visual communication abilities; detail-oriented and design-aware.
Working knowledge of
Adobe Creative Suite

PowerPoint
, and
social media management tools
.
Experience working with freelancers or creative agencies.
