Crown Lift Trucks Canada operates eight full-service branches in both Ontario and Quebec offering complete service solutions including maintenance programs, parts supply, and training.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager will work with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop effective marketing strategies that align with corporate and strategic business goals. Plan, develop, and implement regional marketing programs that support brand awareness and lead generation for Company's Branch Operations. Reporting to the position is the Marketing Project Specialist.
Implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing strategy to help Branch network reach targeted groups of customers through multiple touch points.
Collaborate with various departments and personnel to align strategy with sales goals and develop impactful programs.
Lead development and maintenance of Canadian corporate website.
Work with Marketing Project Specialist on development of campaign assets and related communications needs.
Manage the Canadian Marketing Program budget.
Manage associated timelines and deliverables to drive a high level of customer satisfaction for the department. Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the success of marketing programs. Provide recommendations to management for ongoing improvements.
Establish format and deliver reports on key program metrics.
Ensure Marketing Department's mission, vision, and values are pertinent and practiced throughout development process.
Manage and maintain department processes relevant to delivery of effective internal and external communications to support Canadian marketing programs. Ensure development and approval processes are followed.
Train, develop, and counsel direct reports. Conduct training on products and procedures.
Participate in complex personnel situations and review time and attendance.
Make and communicate compensation recommendations.
Assist with other departmental tasks as assigned.

Education and Qualifications
5-7 years digital advertising/marketing experience
Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Communications)
Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle
Some Travel Required. Some Overnight Stays Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
The ability to work with tight deadlines and has a strong sense of urgency
