We're looking for a
Marketing Manager
who can bring that feeling to life by owning the end-to-end marketing function that connects events, seasonal pushes, paid media, email, PR, and digital channels into one cohesive growth engine. Key to the role is deriving actionable insights from Analytics and KPIs to guide decision making and drive ROI.

What You'll Do
Lead marketing strategy and execution for events, experiences, and seasonal campaigns
Lead media and influencer outreach, press releases, and relationship management
Own email marketing and CRM, including campaigns, automations, and list growth
Plan and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns, including budgets and optimization
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta insights, email data, POS data, and other data points
Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that drive ROI
What You Bring
5+ years of marketing experience (hospitality, tourism, or experiential brands an asset)
Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms
Strong experience with paid digital advertising (Meta & Google)
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, especially related to media and influencer relations
Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally
