Job Description

We're looking for our first Marketing Manager to help scale a fast-growing glass installation company in the GTA.

If you're a creative strategist who can produce high-quality content, run paid ads, and--most importantly--drive real revenue through clients and booked jobs... we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Create content end-to-end

:
Shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos and photo content showcasing our projects, behind-the-scenes, and customer stories.

Run paid ads that convert

:
Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.

Build a predictable lead engine

:
Your work must translate into

actual homeowner and contractor inquiries

, booked appointments, and measurable ROI.

Manage our brand presence

:
Grow our social pages, improve our online reputation, and develop simple campaigns (email, SMS, retargeting) to support sales.

Experiment, measure, and improve

:
Analyze what's working, cut what's not, and scale what drives profit.

Who You Are

You're

hands-on

-- filming, editing, writing captions, posting, analyzing results. You understand

direct response marketing

, not just "making things look pretty." You're comfortable with

performance KPIs

, including cost per lead, cost per job, and ROAS. You're resourceful and independent -- you can

build our entire marketing engine from scratch.

Experience in trades, home services, or local service marketing is a huge plus.
